All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Because our merchandise is one-of-a-kind and individually prepared for shipment, processing times may vary during high demand periods.

Please note that delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather delays, carrier issues, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Because all merchandise sold on this site is unique and one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer replacements for lost or damaged items once they have shipped. If an issue occurs during shipping, we will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations or shipping options that include signature confirmation if needed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages that need to be resent.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
